As many of you are aware we are experiencing unexpected downtime as a result of unforeseen issues with our recent systems update.
We have now put a fix in place which will allow you to:
- Login on mobile (iOS and Android) and web
Trigger a manual sync of your latest transactions
- To do this on mobile go to Track > Accounts > Sync accounts
- To do this on web go to https://getpocketbook.com/settings > Sync accounts now
We’re working hard to fix these current issues but please note:
- Historical transactions prior to mid 2019 may not be visible for the next two days.
- Automatic sync may not work for all users.
- Currently ‘Forgot password’ functionality only works on the Pocketbook website here: https://getpocketbook.com/signin
For all Android users please update your app to version 4.2.8 which will allow you to see transaction details without error.
